Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our Dutch language course! Our goal is to help you achieve fluency through engaging live sessions, interactive Q&A, and comprehensive learning materials. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for participation in our course. 1. Course Schedule and Format Course Duration: 10 weeks Weekly Sessions: Live Class: 90 minutes (via MS Teams) Group Q&A: 30 minutes (via MS Teams) Class Times: Morning Course: [9:00 AM – 10:30 AM] After-Work Course: [6:00 PM – 7:30 PM] Materials: Students will receive digital learning materials (worth €40) at the start of the course. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable. Missed Classes: We do not offer refunds or make-up classes for missed sessions. However, when questions arise when viewing the new materials, you can join the Q&A group session to ask questions before the next class. If you miss a class due to exceptional circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will assist in catching up with the material. 4. Course Participation Attendance: We encourage consistent attendance to get the most out of the course. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate being absent. Students are expected to participate actively during live classes and Q&A sessions. Behavior: We ask that all students maintain respectful behavior during classes and group sessions. Any disruptive behavior or failure to follow course guidelines may result in removal from the course without a refund. 5. Technology Requirements Platform: The course will be held via Microsoft Teams. Equipment: A stable internet connection. A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a working microphone and camera (for interaction during live sessions). We don't provide technical support. 6. Course Materials Materials Provided: Students will receive digital materials at the start of the course. These materials are for personal use only and cannot be shared or distributed. Additional Resources: Students may be provided with supplementary materials as needed during the course. 7. Privacy and Data Protection Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will not share any personal data without your consent. Recording: The course may be recorded for internal use and review. Recordings will only be shared with students if applicable.
